cI Lambda with TGATAA Mutated Stop Codon test construct

This construct is used for testing the promoter activity of the barcode region of the cI Lambda coding part, BBa_C0051. The TAATAA stop codon in BBa_C0051 has been mutated to be TGATAA. It has been placed upstream of an RBS and RFP in the BBa_J61002 plasmid.
